  • A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to confirm bookings.

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final outputs.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total project cost.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date: Advance payment is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule services with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Refunds for Delivered Services

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not provided once the final deliverables have been approved and delivered.
