B. HOW TO MANAGE THE VIDEO SHOOT (V-SHOOT)

1. Pre-Shoot Planning
Prepare a shot list (entry, stage, crowd, VIPs, interviews, performances)
Assign camera crew roles:
1 main cam (stage)
1 roaming cam (crowd, side shots)
1 wide cam (static)
Drone or gimbal (if needed)
Prepare gear: batteries, tripods, audio mics, gimbals, etc.
2. Live Shoot Execution
Reach early for setup
Record B-roll before event (venue, banners, decor)
